A brand new player is someone who has not played in any of the leagues covered by this website. If you are new to this league, but player in another, you can register using the same login credentials you used in the other league.
If you are brand new player, please contact Sandy Johnson at sjccsinc@aol.com to get set up and receive registration instructions. Please include your full name, phone # and club you will be playing for.
Logging in is the fastest way. It skips the step that asks for your contact information and for your to establish / reset your password.
If your email address in the system, you'll be able to use the Forgot My Password Option. If not and you are in the system, you can register with the Using Your Name option.
The most common reason is spelling. Not that you are necessarily making a mistake, but rather it may be different in the system. The best way to check is to go Main Menu – Reports and then Team Tracker. Enter the Team you played for and the most recent year. Then you will see how it is spelled in the system.
Here, simply select one to complete your registration and notify the web administrator to have them combined back into one person.
Similar to the one above, you can complete your registration, but please notify the web administrator so that the extraneous matches can be moved to the appropriate person.
This can be done anytime, just not during the registration process. The nice part of having people in the system as one person is that when you make a change, that adjustment is reflected everywhere – all current pages, past match history and even other leagues if you play in others.
As above, notify the web administrator so the they can be combined back into one person.
You will only need your login credentials if you need to make changes in the system – updating your profile (name or contact information changes) or if you are entering scores. Currently, if you have forgotten, contact the web administrator. Coming soon, you will be able to retrieve those via the website (this is why email addresses are required).
$15 per person per year
If you were making a payment and itis complete, you will get a Thank You page from PayPal with a button to click to return to this site or after 20 seconds, you will automatically be returned. In either case, you will be redirected of a Thank You page league website stating that you are done.
If you are entitled to a free entry, the system will know and a corresponding Thank You message will be displayed (without taking you to the PayPal site).
In general, you need to make a payment once per year. The date of your payment is linked to the date of the first match of the league you are playing in rather the date you made the actual payment. For example, you your league runs from Oct of one year to March of the following year. It won't if you register in October or February, that payment would be considered to be associated to the same year.
Here is a specific example: League A runs from April to June 2026 and League B runs from October 2026 to February 2027. If you registered and paid for League A, you would be entitled to a free entry for League B. In this example, both registrations would be linked to 2026 regardless of when you registered for League B. Conversely, if you first made a payment for League B and then registered for League A in 2027, you will need to make a 2027 payment because your League B registration was for the 2026 league year.
